A small tool that uses serialization to assign RecurDyn entities into groups. The goal is to provide easier activation/deactivation of RecurDyn entities. Therefore only activateable RecurDyn entities are allowed (forces, joints, etc).

Usage
The macro project FBG.Groups has a single method EditGroups, which opens a new dialog.

You can create a new group by clicking the plus button (+) and entering a group name.
You can delete the current group by clicking the minus button (+).
You can add new RecurDyn entities to the current group by dragging and dropping from the RecurDyn database tree. Bodies cannot be added to a group because they cannot be made inactive.
You can remove RecurDyn entities from the c urrent group by selecting them and pressing the delete key on the keyboard.
Click OK or Apply to confirm changes made to the current group. Changing the current group without confirming reverts all changes.
Clicking OK or Apply also sets the active status of the group. You can either activate all entities in the group or deactivate all entities in the group. If the checkbox is in the intermediate state (see screenshot) clicking OK has no effect on the active status of the RecurDyn entities in it.
